Free Print Contest

Interested in a free print? While I like sharing and seeing photographs online, nothing beats having an actual printed photograph that can be held and framed. I’ve done a free print contest several summers in a row, but skipped this summer due to transitioning to this new web site. The holiday season seems like a great time to restart it.

• Anyone entering a comment on the Visual Realia site between now and the end of the day on Friday, January 6th (2012) will be entered in the contest. An email address needs to be included as you enter the comment, so I am able to track down the winner. (There’s a spot for it when you enter the comment; if you enter it where asked, no one will see it except me. You won't be spammed, and I will only use it to contact you if you win.)

Entry comments must be on the Visual Realia site, not the older legacy site, which no longer allows new comments.

Comments may be placed anywhere on the VR site; i’ll find them! Hopefully you’ll take a moment and explore.

• The two winners will receive a print of a photograph of mine of their choice, new or old. Submit as many comments as you'd like, but each person gets one entry in the contest.

1st prize: any size print up to 13 X 19 inches.
2nd prize: any size print up to 8.5 X 11 inches.

That should take care of it. I'll keep track of new comments, select two randomly on the 7th, and I'll ship them to the winners for free. Questions? Email or leave a comment here. Good luck!
